As a mysterious damp patch grows on the ceiling, the owner blames his tenants and their tall, oxygen-consuming boyfriend for the problem. With the installation of an air-measuring device, the tenants' lives are disrupted by alarms and restrictions. The question remains: will the highly sensitive flat find resolution, or will its inhabitants be forced to don oxygen masks to navigate their home?
